Overview of October 10:
Though finally in Iraq, more complications have arisen. Questions of security (for both Iraq, as well as the journeymen), problems with technical equipment, and other considerations need to be ironed out. Though everything was set in place and approved before the start date of September 17, the political volatility of the region and recent violence in Palestine have put everything into a state of flux.
